Chardonnay accounts for 60% of this blend, with the two black grape varieties complementing it. After four years on lattes, the champagne has a brilliant pale gold colour with a lively effervescence. The nose mixes acacia and butter with nuances of evolution reminiscent of hazelnut, candied fruit or fruit macerated in alcohol. Same profile on the palate whose richness and vinosity are balanced by a beautiful underlying acidity.

About the winemaker, Guide Hachette des vins 2020
“Beautiful complex Reserve with a nose of fine white fruits and marzipan. The palate has a clean and complex fruit, a well found balance between vinosity, fine bubbles and length. A lovely champagne to open for the right occasions.”
“An ample and fragrant cuvée, floral in the mouth, light and round at the same time”… “The Maurice Lepitre Estate is a sure value in the whole range, guaranteeing exemplary quality regularity and a real attachment to the terroir. Great art…”
“This cuvée reveals a pretty fine and playful nose of discreet, elegant white fruit, far from an easy exuberance. The mouth expresses itself in the same lineage, with a vibrant, sparkling wine with a bubble to the millimeter. Great brut”
