Chardonnay accounts for 60% of this blend, with the two black grape varieties complementing it. After four years on lattes, the champagne has a brilliant pale gold colour with a lively effervescence. Created in 1905 by Maurice Lepitre and managed by his widow since 1926, the property with its half-timbered cellars has been run since 1981 by their descendant, Bernard Milliex.
