Chardonnay accounts for 60% of this blend, with the two black grape varieties complementing it. After four years on lattes, the champagne has a brilliant pale gold colour with a lively effervescence. The nose mixes acacia and butter with nuances of evolution reminiscent of hazelnut, candied fruit or fruit macerated in alcohol. Same profile on the palate whose richness and vinosity are balanced by a beautiful underlying acidity.
