The respect for Fauna and Flora is a must for our practices. We defend the Champagne biodiversity and its own ecosystem.

For 15 years now, we have taken care of our plots without any use of insecticides, chemical fertilisers, or herbicides.

The Maurice Lepitre vineyard is committed to a sustainable winegrowing approach . It has obtained the Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Quality) and Viticulture Durable (Sustainable Viticulture) certification. The treatment of the winemaking effluents and rinsing waters, the different aspects which were upgraded to meet current norms, and the improvement of our systems of traceability, are revolutionary processes that have been maintained so as to leave to the future generations our land of Champagne at its best.
